Engineer is credit to team -Heavy
Normally happens when standing on or sometimes if your unlucky near a teleporter. It normally shows the person who teleported get the kill with whatever weapon he has out this is not always the case when people teleport they will show whos teleporter it belongs to name then the enemy name with a skull and cross bones and show it as an environment kill. It is also possible to get domminated by a teleporter which cannot get a revenge for unless kill the other player even if it does not show the domination symbal over the enemy engineer.
