The Syringe Gun is the primary weapon for the Medic class. It fires low-damage projectiles at a high rate (it fires 10 syringes per second) at around 990 hammer units per second (about 42 miles per hour). The projectiles have a travel time and follow an arced trajectory, so it is necessary to lead a moving target and aim upward to compensate for distance. The Syringe gun is reasonably accurate when the trajectory is taken into account and has a moderate damage falloff with distance.

Medium range is defined as the main resupply door to the opposite wall on the upper level of 2Fort. Long range is defined as battlement to battlement on 2Fort. Damages are approximate and determined by community testing.

Unintended FunctionEdit

The Medics Syringe Gun has the effect of pushing people if you are in the air when hit by the needles near the base of your feet you could go flying due to a gravity issue. Used in some glitches involving getting to out of reach areas that were not intended to be reached. Mainly by getting an engineer up high to build a sentry gun in a far off area. Commonly used on 2Fort to get on the barn leading to the intelligence. This technically is a glitch that has not been patched yet on the console version.
